During its participation in GITEX GLOBAL 2025, Dubai Courts is showcasing its advanced project for minors' services in the Emirate of Dubai, which focuses on re-engineering the customer journey and simplifying procedures related to the management of minors' funds and investments. The project is presented under the Judicial Council's platform, the Strategic Partner for Justice, within the Dubai Government Pavilion.. The project, which comes in line with Dubai's direction toward building an integrated digital life, aims to facilitate the journey of minors and their guardians and to ensure the management of their funds and investments in accordance with the highest standards of governance and transparency, through digital integration with strategic partners — Dubai Endowments and the Community Development Authority. This contributes to streamlining procedures, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving the quality of judicial services provided to the groups entitled to care.. His Excellency Prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, indicated that the developed system is based on redesigning the customer journey through a complete transformation toward smart transactions — starting from the electronic submission of applications, documentation of documents, and their linkage with the relevant government entities, passing through the stage of smart data verification and the follow-up of investment and disbursement procedures through integrated digital interfaces, and culminating in the continuous monitoring of minors' funds and investments to ensure resource sustainability and the achievement of optimal benefit.. His Excellency affirmed that the new system is based on digital integration among strategic partners . to ensure precise monitoring of minors' funds and to guarantee their management in accordance with Sharia and legal standards. The system also provides proactive alerts and notifications to guardians and beneficiaries upon any update or action, contributing to strengthening confidence in the judicial system and consolidating the concept of preventive justice within the community..
