Delivered in collaboration between the Customer Happiness Department and the Inheritance and Minors' Estates Department, the services ensure comprehensive support for beneficiaries, adhering to the highest standards of quality and justice..The inclusion of minors follows the success of the Fe Alshoufa initiative across various beneficiary categories since its 2024 launch. This inclusion ensures minors receive optimal care during crucial developmental stages, following an approach that respects the unique needs of children and young people and upholds the principle of equal access to legal services..The Fe Alshoufa package encompasses a range of services, including Shor (Consult), which provides voluntary legal consultation services in collaboration with accredited law firms in Dubai; Sanad (Support), offering voluntary legal representation in lawsuits, also in partnership with accredited Dubai law firms; Postponement and Fee Waiver, assisting litigants unable to pay court fees by deferring payment or waiving fees altogether; Awn (Assistance), supporting financially distressed litigants who cannot afford expert witness fees in lawsuits, partnering with accredited expert firms; Courts of Charity, contributing to settling the debts of insolvent individuals against whom Dubai Courts have issued judgments; Al Adeed Services, providing free access to Al Oudaid government service centres for beneficiaries of the initiative; and Qareeb, a dedicated service for following up on beneficiary requests across various departments within Dubai Courts... ..
