The system promises a seamless and efficient experience by leveraging smart technologies designed to minimize time and effort in judicial proceedings..Al Obaidli highlighted the Smart Room's cutting-edge features, including an innovative design incorporating smart glass for privacy, soundproofing, and a suitable ventilation system with motion sensors to enhance user comfort and safety. The room also contains the latest smart devices, such as tablets, ID readers, electronic payment systems, display screens, staff summoning devices, and QR codes for easy document scanning and sharing.. ..The system utilizes advanced features such as real-time translation, an interactive user interface, video conferencing, digital payment and signing capabilities, all while adhering to the highest information security standards to ensure data protection and confidentiality..His Excellency said that Dubai Courts will manage the system via a comprehensive dashboard that monitors user activity and gauges real-time satisfaction.
