This follows the successful completion of recent written examinations. These efforts are in line with Dubai Courts' ongoing commitment to enhancing efficiency and excellence in the judiciary and attracting the best qualified national candidates for judicial positions. This step aims to ensure that judicial cadres are qualified according to the highest standards of competence and legal expertise. The Programme is designed to support the Emiratisation of the judiciary in the courts, select the best candidates for judicial work, and qualify specialised judges to hear and decide all types of legal cases..A total of 778 candidates participated in the written examinations, from which a group successfully passed these examinations and advanced to the oral examination stage. In this stage, the candidates' competence is assessed through legal discussions with specialised technical committees, to determine whether candidates possess the requisite and eligible legal competence to serve in the judiciary..In this regard, His Excellency Prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, stated : Conducting oral examinations after written examinations is a critical step in the process of qualifying future judicial cadres.
