Execution : This is a service that allows clients to execute Dubai Courts issued orders, judgments and decisions, the DIFC court rulings, the minutes of the settlement agreements, certified judgment drafts if the competent court's authorizes, the executive provisions of foreign judgments and deputations referred to the Court from the other emirates and GCC countries when the domicile of the defendant or his property is within Dubai Courts' jurisdiction.
All litigants - as per the Civil Procedure Code
• Upload the statement of Complication and Challenges and Docket that contains (Receipts) in PDF format.
• Upload the trade license for companies and institutions in PDF format.
A decision shall be obtained in advance to approve the execution of the judgment.
All documents should be soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be translated into Arabic as legal translation approved by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE.
