1.If an un- estimate prayer is amended during the course of case and becomes known value the higher fee will be paid. 2.If a non- estimate case becomes known value with issuance of judgment it won't be executed unless the difference amount of fee is paid.

However if the claim amount is resulting from various legal causes, the fee is calculated on the base of each cause. 4.In case of seeking original demand and precautionary demand in the claim, the fee will be calculated the demand value whichever is higher. 5.If the case contains demands undetermined value, the fee is calculated on the base of each cause, if the claim amount was resulting from various legal 6.It the case was consisting of claims of determined and undetermined value, the fee is counted on both claims individually

1.The declaration shall be submitted, with copies thereof according to the number of litigants. The declaration shall contain the names, chosen domiciles of the plaintiff and the defendant, merits and actions. 2.Supporting exhibits shall be attached, with one copy submitted to the court, and other copies according to the number of litigants. If the exhibits are in English, a certified translation shall be attached thereto.
